"I have just finalized my purchase of 2010 RZR S LE orange madness. Grant Hessman and Travis Cannon have been my constant companions via phone and email for several days now. I knew practically nothing about the sideXside and what accessories I wanted. Thanks also to Tommy. I was guided through the process with tender care. When I contacted Grant I was always answered right away and he contacted me when needed through whole process. I never had any trouble communicating with them there. My RZR showed up yesterday at the dealer and I have now picked out accessories and it will be delivered free of charge to my home next week. "My husband bought a 05 boulavard that was making a noise in the rear end. we took it to suzuki of knoxvile and after waiting 9 days and being told it would take almost 900 dollars to fix it we picked it up and took it to Tommy's. There they fixed the problem for 91 dollars and took about an hour. HONESTY, what a concept for business. We will always spend our hard earned money there. Way to go guys, YOU ROCK!!!!"

"Hi, just wanted to say thanks again to Tommy N., Travis and everyone for the exceptionally easy and hassle-free experience with the purchase of my new 07 ZX10R. After speaking with several other Dealers without any help at all, I spoke with Tommy Norman and not only did he have what I was looking for(Brand New) but he also had the correct rims that I wanted and didn't charge a destination fee from their Kentucky store where the bike was located. "I have bought several parts from this store for my 4wheeler and motorcycle. Tommy Thompson is the best in the business. My family has dealt with him for 15 years. I've bought everything I've ever had from the Huntsville, TN store. I live about 75 miles from that store and they delivered my 4wheeler for free where someone else on Clinton Hwy wanted to charge me 250 dollars after I was going to spend 7000 dollars. Wouldn't do business anywhere else!"

"At first, I came to your store because I was buying a used scooter that you were selling for an indidual seller. Tommy Thompson was nice enough to offer to sell my other scooter for me, at no gain to his dealership. Paul, one of the employees there, even met me halfway, to deliver the scooter I had purchased. After a few weeks I realized I needed something a little bigger. I hadn't purchased a NEW motorcycle in over twenty years. I really didn't know what to get. Tommy and Nick Mannis were extremely patient with my many phone calls and questions. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and I felt like those guys were genuinely interested in helping me to choose the best bike for me. I had visted two other Kawasaki dealerships here in central and southeastern KY. There sales and customer service didn't even come close to what I experienced there at Tommy's Motor Sports.
